I had two 12×12 commercial doors installed on my shop. The installation included 2 LiftMaster 8500w openers that allows for smartphone control, Battery backup that insure door operation during power outage, automatic deadbolt lock. They work with Amazon key for secure in-garage Delivery. The service I received from Edven was truly turn key and professional . His installation of the doors was done with great attention to detail. All the way down to mounting the remote lights to setting up the remotes including my vehicle factory installed remotes. Richard scheduled to have the door color matching painted within a couple of days of installation . I would not go to anyone else for my garage or shop door needs after getting such amazing service from Richard and Edven.

Please don’t use this company. The opener system I purchased required two trips to install, and they only told me the final cost of the replacement rollers after they were installed. They knew I was installing a wall mount vs. a ceiling mount, refused to run a line, and left the garage opening button at the rear of the garage. They overcharged me for the new rollers. 299.00, and you can buy the same rollers on Amazon for 28.00. They only told me the cost of the rollers after the installation. The installers did not install the light fixture, which caused the MY Q app to malfunction. One would hope when you hire a professional company that you would, I am going to tell everyone I know not to use this company.

Called this guy this afternoon to provide basic maintenance for my 2 garage door openers, one single and one double wood. The openers are working just fine. Just need lubricants and little adjustment on the single door. He charged $150 each. I thought he would do a lot more for $300. He came in, with a spray lubricant bottle (which would cost about $30, I guess). Then he sprayed all the hinges, springs, rail tracks. And adjusted the single door a little bit, with a few pushes on a button on the opener. Total time he spent on the service is less than 15 minutes. It’s way overcharge!!!
My thought initially was that I want to help out local small businesses (as I am one of them). But with this kind of rip off mentality, there is no repeated business for him unless he changes his way of doing business to reflect reasonable price vs service. Be ware!.

The technician, Arthur, was extremely knowledgeable; it seems like he has been doing this for a very long time. Although my opener was beyond repair, he gave me excellent advice for both the new opener and the garage door spring. Today Arthur came back to install the new opener and add a spring.
