IRCS is the only company I’ll use for any of my home restoration or repair needs. Mitch and the entire IRCS team were great to work with when we needed our flooring replaced due to water damage. Darius and his team did a wonderful and quick job helping me through my first home fiasco. When you wake up with 5 inches of water in your basement you know the importance of getting it cleaned up quickly before mold might grow. I found The Source company online and they responded within the hour and were out to help in the next hour. They cleared the water and hauled away all the cardboard boxes in my basement. They had great follow through and came again to do the microbial cleaning. I feel confident they left the place better than it was before. The very best of the best. We had a sewer line clog cause an overflow situation requiring a bunch of cleanup and restoration work. We were being jerked around by the contractor we had chosen, but my adjustor suggested this company and they stepped in to help us out with honest and detailed assessments and estimates. Puro Clean was recommended to me by the owner of the HVAC company that services my furnace and AC. Needed my duct work cleaned as it had been some time and I was not happy with the last company that did this job. Ben and Ethan were great, they explained the entire process to me. They were very, very thorough in their cleaning methods and I will certainly be using them again.
We found we had a water leak, contacted our insurance company, who contacted this company. Within 10 minutes we received a call from PuroClean. Within an hour and half they had a representative at our home. They had equipment set up and running within two hours a the first call.

I would encourage one to research and look into other restoration companies first before settling here. It’s been almost two years since they started my restoration from a fire and they are still having to come out and make repairs from the sloppy craftsmanship of the workers. My fixtures are cheap and always coming apart. I’ve have several leaks in my ceiling and even my bathroom floor had to ripped up because they drove a nail in a pipe causing my hallway to flood, all after we moved back in. It’s been a real nightmare dealing with these guys. Not to mention I have damaged property from where they did work and didn’t protect my belongings that were in close proximity. I had to move back in my home while they were still working in it because it had been over a year since they started restoration and my insurance accommodations were exhausted. I’ve had 3 flat tires from nails and debris they leave in my yard. And to top it off they had the nerve to call me to tell me I owed them money. Smh. My house is worse than before but the hassle of working with them has left me disappointed and discouraged. I am not happy with the outcome of my home.

PuroClean just finished water damage clean up and mold removal in our kitchen where our fridge flooded the laminate flooring and soaked through to the OSB subfloor, ruining several cabinets, floors and wall. I was very happy with how quickly Puroclean came in and inspected what needed to be done, and then very quickly came to set up a safe and sealed containment area in the kitchen to keep our family safe while they dried, treated and removed the water damage.
I had great confidence in Everett and his experience, he had a plan and knew what had to come out versus what could be saved. They used a professional air scrubber machine and cleaned thoroughly when they were done. I loved how after they left, I didn’t have to clean up after them. His team of Mariah, Jeff, Eli and Jen were here very quickly to get the job started, and in only 2 days the flooded area of the kitchen was dry, cleaned and free of mold. Everett and Beth were also very helpful in working with our insurance company to document damage, and make sure we were taken care of.
This team was friendly, honest, hard working, and quick! When a flood disaster happens, these guys are awesome!

This was important as I was not using insurance for the repair to my home. Assisted with the replacement of trim to match the cabinets as original was no longer available. Several places I spoke to wouldn’t do the stairs or wanted to over charge. Elite was my first call when we had sewage backup in our church basement on a recommendation from Funky Junk Dumpsters. I was very pleased with Elite. They responded quickly, gave an estimate and actually came in under the estimate. I used them also for reconstruction. They and their sub, Committed Works, LLC., were fantastic to work with. Elite has simply been amazing. I went from a 1 star review to a 5 star review. The original reason that I gave them a one star review, is there was an issue with getting them out to my house. It revolved around an emergency they had. They apologized for the issue. Which is honestly huge. They could have just written off the one star review, and when on to the next job. They didn’t they took the effort to try and make it right.
They took on the challenge of winning over someone who wasn’t happy, and I am so happy that they did.

Lamine has been the best general manager I have ever dealt with from a restoration company, and I have worked with three others. He was there when he said he would be there. We had multiple people on multiple days. He let either my wife or I know what was going each day, and what would happen the next day. He also repeated the process multiple times which was huge, when you are dealing with people in, and out, and you don’t always remember the exact thing that is going to happen he helped us keep the order of operations in mind. He was awesome with estimation of scheduling. The people where out when he said they would be. Elite understands how important having a great manager is.
They also had a great plumber recommendation. Of the plumbers we have worked with they were top notch as well. We are going to be calling them again for all of our plumbing needs.
Everyone they sent out were courteous, and prompt. Some people were even early.
The contacted us every time they were ready to come out, and if they were going to be early.
They told us what our timeline was to set our expectation, and met that timeline. They managed expectations throughout the project amazingly.

Absolute got someone to our house the next morning (a Saturday) after we discovered our dishwasher had leaked a ton of water. They got a dehu installed that Saturday afternoon, and had a crew lined up that evening to come by Monday afternoon and start tear down of all our damaged components. They then came back daily to make sure equipment was working, moisture was coming down and that the mold had been treated properly. We were happy to have everything sanitized and cleaned in such a quick turnaround time.
